ileyhi raaji oun

It was the deep upset
and profound sorrow that I heard the death of the RIGHT HONOUABLE FATHER of
Afar and as well as of all Djiboutian on 12/09/2004, in Djibouti. He has been
regarded as liberator, leader and living hero in Djibouti society as a whole.

I should like to convey
my deepest condolence and sincere sympathy to His wife, children, his immediate
relatives, Djiboutian and to the Afar people in the Horn of Africa as well.

Allah the Almighty put
his soul in his internal peace.
