Mogadishu 24, July.07 ( Sh.M.Network)- The leader of judiciary council of the defeated Union of Islamic Courts, Sheik Hassan Dahir Aweys, said that the political crises in the Horn of African nation would not be tackled as long as Ethiopian troops are in the soil of Somalia.

The Arabic online newspaper, Asharqalawsat based in Britain, said it interviewed by the phone Aweys from undisclosed location.
Aweys said the Somalia is under the Ethiopian occupation. "The fight against the Ethiopian troops in Somalia will not stop until all Ethiopians leave the country and go back to where they belong," he said, according to the paper.
He said Males Zenawi, the Ethiopian premier, had no right to impose his political agenda on Somalia which has seen no effectual central authority for more than 16 years, pointing out that Males could not reveal the exact number of Ethiopian soldiers who have been killed in Somalia.
"Males hides the fact that uncountable number of his troops was killed in the country they occupied. It is clear to him that he can succeed in his aggressive battle against the Union of Islamic Courts," he said.
He stated that the prime minister was lying to his population about the loss he faced in Somalia
Asked about his view over the deployment of more African troops to Somalia, Aweys said his Islamist organization was totally opposed to any foreign troops.
"Our motive is apparent. We are against any foreign forces from any where to be deployed to Somalia and make no mistake about it; we will not segregate between the Ethiopian occupation forces and the African Union troops. They are same to us," he said.
