New Delhi, May 19. (PTI):
India today extended a $10 million EXIM Bank line of credit to Djibouti and
agreed to provide assistance worth one million dollar to meet humanitarian
requirements in the wake of drought in that country.
After wide-ranging discussions
between visiting Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh and Prime Minister
Atal Behari Vajpayee, the two sides signed an agreement for cooperation in
the civil aviation sector, another on bilateral investment promotion and protection
and a third one on cultural exchange programme.
