Cette déclaration, en Anglais et en Somali, est adressée plus particulièrement aux intellectuels et aux hommes d’affaires. Le secrétaire général du mouvement lance un avertissement à Guelleh pour lui demander de cesser de harceler les populations djiboutiennes et de renoncer à son projet anti-constitutionnel de briguer un troisième mandat.

We foreworn the administration of the government of Djibout,that they halt the harassment for the civilian population of Djibouti, also they must cease the change of the constitution, because what more that the people of the country will not endure a new injustice of Pr. Ismael Omar Gueleh.

Also we inform to the civilian population specifically intellectuals and traders to attend a rescuing for their country and their civilian population,as every one from us is knowing, exist in Djibouti very bad impoverishement and suffering.The enslaved civilian population of Djibouti needing a helping from them intellectuals and them traders.Ismael Omar Gueleh and his staffs governments is lock of power, if we are doing a mutual consoltation, we can change the dictator Ismael Omar Gueleh

Régions ou pays concernés : de nombreux pays de la Corne de l’Afrique, mais la majorité des membres sont à Djibouti et en Eryrthrée. Le siège du mouvement est en Erythrée. Il a des implantations en Belgique et en Angleterre .
