Voici les points retenus lors de la réunion de l’UAD :

-Premièrement, le 18 décembre 2011 a été décrété comme « JOURNEE NATIONALE DE TOUTES LES VICTIMES DJIBOUTIENNES » regroupant ainsi toutes les victimes de cette dictature quel soit les victimes de massacre d’Arhiba soit des victimes de tortures et de traitements inhumains soit les victimes d’assassinat ou des disparitions forcées des opposants et des leaders Djiboutiens depuis l’indépendance jusqu’à nos jours .Et tout le peuple djiboutien est appelé à enregistrer toutes leur victimes dans la liste des victimes de ce régime dictatorial et de participer massivement à ce jour mémorial de commémoration des toutes les victimes Djiboutiennes.

-Deuxiement, une tournée de l’UAD dans toute la capitale a été retenue pour mobiliser toute la population à venir descendre dans la rue et commémorer cette journée historique qui est un devoir de mémoire et de solidarité dont tout le peuple djiboutien est appelé à célébrer et rendre hommage à tout les victimes de ce régime moribond et particulièrement aux victimes du massacre d’Arhiba.

De ce fait, l’UAD organisera un meeting à LAYABLEY, ensuite dans les autres quartiers de la ville ainsi de suite sans oublier que les bureaux politiques de l’UAD se réuniront chaque lundi à commencer du lundi dernier 12 décembre car la mobilisation sera continue. S’y ajoute tous les quartiers de la capitale sont quadrillés par la police et la gendarmerie qui sont omniprésents partout même dans les rues et les artères de la ville et la population est dans un Etat de siege.Tout cet appareil répressif est la pour contenir et décourager tout mouvement de contestation ou de manifestation. Voila un peu la situation dure que confronte la population en ces jours difficiles qui demandent du courage et de la détermination.

-enfin, prudence et vigilance en sont les mots d’ordres pour continuer la lutte.

Autres informations nationales :

– la santé va mal à Djibouti ou les malades meurent de manque des soins de base et de cholera qui ravage des quartiers et bon nombre des gens y compris des enfants de bas-âge et dont l’Etat n’arrive pas à le stopper et y apporter des solutions efficaces et réelles malgré les multiples alertes lancées par les organisations internationales comme l’UNICEF, l’OMS, le PNUD même les représentations diplomatiques ont pris des mesures contre ce fléau.

– un malaise social taraude l’armée ou des désertions et descensions sont observés selon des sources bien informées. Même l’envoi des troupes Djiboutiennes en Somalie ne fait pas l’unanimité au sein de l’opinion nationale qui considère comme une mission suicide pour nos soldats qui ne savent même pas les objectifs de leur déploiement au sein de l’AMISOM .Et sur ce point, l’opposition a été claire et ferme en affirmant que cette mission constitue une ingérence dans les affaires intérieures de l’Etat et du peuple somaliens souverains.

– autre information, un rafle des citoyens Djiboutiens a été mené ce 2 derniers jours dans un quartier de Balbala ou des pères et des mères(les chiffres provisoires avancent 200 personnes) ont été arrêtés et jetés dans la prison de Gabode après avoir été détenu dans les arrondissements et les commissariats sans oublier à Nagad aussi pour motif de problème d’électricité dont figure parmi ces gens-la le célèbre artiste national et fondateur de l’hymne national M. ABDI ROBLEH dit QUARCHILEH.

The points identified at the meeting of the UAD:

-First, December 18, 2011 was declared as « NATIONAL DAY OF ALL VICTIMS DJIBOUTI » bringing together all the victims of this dictatorship is what the victims of massacre Arhiba be victims of torture and inhuman or victims of murder or disappearances of opponents and leaders of Djibouti since independence to the present.
