Depuis quelques semaines, quelques jours même, les zones de conflits frontaliers se multiplient : outre le face à face meurtrier depuis des années entre l’Ethiopie et l’Erythrée, puis Erythrée-Djibouti, la veille Ethiopie – Soudan et maintenant Somaliland-Puntland,
Si la situation ne devenait pas aussi critique et explosive, nous poserions la question traditionnelle : « A qui le tour ? » (Somaliland – Djibouti par exemple ?)

Hundreds of Somaliland troops armed with heavy weaponry have captured Las-Korey town in Puntland, northern Somalia.
Somaliland soldiers have also captured a number of officers from Puntland, a Press TV correspondent reported Wednesday.
Somaliland is a breakaway region of Somalia and northern Somalia is composed of Somaliland and Puntland.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, a Somaliland officer said that they attacked Las-Korey to capture bandits who have taken shelter here and are doing brisk black-market business.
« We have to stop them doing this type of business, even if it is by force, » he added.
A senior Puntland official confirmed the fall of the town but he pledged that the Puntland military would recapture the town.
